Selmer Super Action 80, or better known as the Selmer SA80 Series I. This unit has serial number N.367102 and is estimated to have been manufactured in 1985. The SA80 Series I itself is rare compared to the SA80 Series II, due to its older production year and shorter production period.
This unit has a shiny, original lacquer finish with no dents. The pearl keys are still original and thick. The springs are Selmer blue springs, so they are soft and responsive, and have a longer lifespan. The neck is original, intact and undamaged. The hardcase uses a Marcato flight case made in Japan. The sound character of the SA80 Series I is more vintage with a distinctive Mark VI resonance compared to the more modern Series II. Full modern fingering, like today's modern saxo, allows for more ergonomic playing with the help of the high F#. Overall, high-end saxophones from brands like Selmer, Yanagisawa, and Yamaha are also good investments because their prices tend to rise and not fall. ‼️🔥LET'S GET IT RIGHT NOW, A GREAT SAX TO PERFORM🔥‼️
