Legendary Saxophone YTS-23 and TS-100 are the same unit, made by Yamaha Japan in the 1980s. The difference is that the TS-100 is marketed specifically for the Japanese, Australian and New Zealand markets, while YTS-23 is for broader market coverage.
This unit has a Yamaha branding with the writing of the Japan under its embossed, and there is no words "Made in Japan" on the back of the body under the serial number. After Yamaha established several saxophone manufacturers such as in China and Indonesia, they eliminated the words "Japan" on the front body, and added "made in ..." on the back of the Saxophone body to find out the locality of making each unit. This unit is fairly in a very good condition considering its age is quite old, but the physical is still good and neat. Besides that, all parts, accessories, and completeness are still original from the manufacturer in the 80s. ‼ ️🔥yuk item is great, ready to gig the sound of a steady sound ️
